We offer custom gate fabrication with welded steel frame gates tailored to fit your specific opening size and design preferences. Whether you need a single-leaf or double-leaf gate, we can create a strong, durable gate that perfectly matches your space and style. Our welded steel frames provide exceptional support, ensuring a long-lasting, secure, and smooth-operating gate that won't sag over time like a wood frame gate. Initial Contact – Contact us by phone, website, or email with a brief description of what you’re looking for. Please let us know if you need a new gate built or repairs to an existing gate. Be sure to include your contact information so we can reach you. Additional details will be required before we can proceed with your order.

Provide Gate Details – We will need the exact measurements and clear pictures of the gate opening. Please also let us know what type of opening and closing hardware the gate has or will need. We can discuss standard or upgraded hardware options as well. If you’re unable to provide this information and are located locally, we can schedule a time for one of our installers to come out and gather the necessary details.
Estimate Preparation – Once we have all required information, we will prepare a detailed estimate for the cost of building your gate. (Removal of an old gate and installation of the new gate can be added for an additional fee.) The estimate will be sent to you by text or email.
Estimate Approval & Deposit – After you approve the estimate and confirm via text or email that you would like to move forward, Teece Brother Fence requires a 50% deposit based on the estimated total. This deposit covers the cost of materials needed to build your gate.
Gate Fabrication – Once the deposit is received, we will begin building your gate. Please allow approximately 3–4 business days for fabrication to allow time for material pickup and construction. If the timeline changes due to material availability or project complexity, you will be notified promptly.
- If the gate is a custom gate needing to be ordered though one of our fence suppliers the lead times will differ. We will relay the lead time given to us. we do not have control of how long their assemble processes take. This applies for materials such as Vinyl.
Delivery or Installation & Final Payment – Final payment is due once the gate is delivered or installed.
